Refund policy

At Aribeauty, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make the process easy:

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted for beauty products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, or on items marked as final sale.

3. How to Return:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our team at aribeauty.melbourne@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  • Package the Product: Securely package the product, including all original packaging and documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the package.

4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. For change of mind returns, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to discuss options.
